Confidentiality and privcy are the matters of concerns in every family issues. More so when it relates to the legal dispute among the family matters.
Old person must seriously consider to settle all family related matters by way writing a WILL so that after their demise their rights can be devolved in accordance to his/her WILL. WILL is a legal document which can be enforced through court of law which does not requrie any stamp duty nor any mandatory registeration.
All property related rights can be easily settled by way of WILL. The executant of WILL can write as many WILLS as he desire but only the last WILL can be enforced
